All it takes is a one page application, a one page indemnity agreement, a copy of the contract you need to bond and your good credit.
Simply download or request a faxed application, follow the instructions, submit the signed application and, upon credit clearance, get your bond.

GENERAL INDEMNITY AGREEMENT -
this MUST be signed on behalf of the company as Principal AND the business owners AND their spouses as Indemnitors. Return with original signatures. No bond can be issued without a properly completed General Indemnity Agreement
- If the contract price is over $250,000, please call us for more details.
- The qualification and approval is BASED on your personal credit history. The bond company WILL pull a credit report on you.
- Upon receipt of a properly completed FAST TRACK APPLICATION and GENERAL INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, we will provide same day service.
- The bond rate for this program is a flat 3% of the total contract value.
